Pench National Park, in the lap of Satpuda Hills touching the boundary of Maharashtra, located in the district of Seoni and Chhinwara of the state Madhya Pradesh. The Pench National Park i8s spread over 758 square kilometers. The attraction of Pench is Tigers; and other wild animals like leopard, wild dogs, Barking deer, Jackal, Jungle Cat and other such animals.
The area has many herbivorous animals as well like deer and Indian Bison (Gaur), the most of the area in Pench National Park is full of herbs and shrubs, so one can find different types of floral plants as well, which we don’t see in our place around. Along with the wild animals we can also have a look at distinctive birds like Malabar Pied Hornbill, Indian Pitta, Osprey, Grey-headed Fishing Eagle, White-eyed Buzzard, etc and in winters, migratory birds like Brahmini Duck, Pochards, Barheaded Geese, Coots, etc migrate to Pench and can be found.
