About Olive Resort & Villas:

The promoter of the project Chandrapal Choukasey started working on his dream of creating nature friendly tourism parks in and around Nagpur about 25 years back. Today he has to his credit some of the most popular tourism destinations and resorts of Central India namely –

Government of India recognized his contribution in promoting eco friendly tourism and went on to appoint him in the prestigious National Tourism Advisory Council (NTAC), Ministry of Tourism in 2014.

His son who completed his engineering and then MBA from IIT Bombay (Powai), shares his passion for tourism and wildlife and together they developed Olive Villas in PENCH Tiger Reserve, Turia gate. The project was a huge success with wildlife lovers and all the villas got sold in a matter of few months. The investors got handsome capital appreciation and continue to derive personal pleasure by living in their own fully serviced villa in Pench forest.

2016
Olive Villas – Sillari
Olive Sillari – a premium residential sanctioned villa project in Pench Tiger Reserve (Sillari Gate) is launched.
2014
Olive Resort & Villas – Pench (Turia)
A unique villa resort project, located in the heart of PENCH tiger reserve Turia is launched. The resort with options of one ,two and three bedroom villas receives unprecedented response from forest lovers.
2010
Olive Aqua Resort – Khindsi (Ramtek)
Olive Resort with lake facing AC cottages, located right next to the picturesque Khindsi lake in the valley of Satpuda hill range commences operations.
2008
Limca Book of Records
RAMDHAM is registered in Limca Book of Records (2008 & 2011) and is followed by registration of Rajkamal watersports at Khindsi lake (2014)
2002
RAMDHAM inaugurated
Central India’s first cultural, spiritual and agro themed park is inaugurated. Ramdham receives a foot fall of 3 lakh tourists in its first year of launch, making it the most popular tourism spot of Nagpur.

Rajkamal Tourism is launched
Rajkamal Tourism commences operations with its first watersports activity in Khindsi lake in Ramtek.
